Shipping Policy


All orders placed on the website will be shipped FOB Monett, Missouri. Freight charges will be prepaid and added to each invoice according to Wabash Valley’s standard freight rate program. Products are shipped unassembled, individually boxed, and skidded to minimize shipping costs. 

If there is a need to change the delivery address after the carrier has picked up the order, a fee will be added to the order.  The customer is responsible for offloading the product from the delivery truck. However, off-loading services are available for additional fees. If you wish to avail of these services, don't hesitate to contact Wabash Valley Sales at (800) 253-8619. 

If there are any claims for freight shortage or damages, they should be reported immediately to our Customer Service Department at (800) 253-8619. It is the responsibility of the receiving personnel to thoroughly inspect and count all boxes (not just skids) upon delivery and mark the delivery receipt for any discrepancies or damages at that time. Claims cannot be filed without properly documented delivery receipts. When reporting damage, hold all containers and packing materials for inspection. Claims should be reported within ten days of receipt of shipment.
